Successful new wholesale strategy: The Ants

The new wholesale strategy by The Ants is paying off, and this was evident during a recent visit to the shop in Bangalore. Turnover is expected to be at least double in comparison with last year, when the new strategy was determined by Women on Wings experts and The Ants management.

In June, expert Ronald van het Hof worked with The Ants management on priorities till the end of this year, including events and promotions for Diwali and the holiday season, and to set up a fair trade area in the shop. A solution is also being sought to gain working capital to realize further growth (for which there is potential). In the autumn, Women on Wings will work with The Ants management on a comprehensive business plan for 2011/2012.
