One million women on wings
Women on Wings strives to create employment for 1 million women at the bottom of the pyramid before 2017. In global terms, there are four billion people who live on less than $2 per day, specifically in developing countries. We do not see these people as poor and miserable, but as value based consumers and potentially creative and energetic entrepreneurs. Based on economic principles we support entrepreneurs to create more business and generate more jobs.
Retroactive as of January 1st 2008, the Dutch tax department has granted the so-called ANBI status to Women on Wings.
